I'm a 25 year old San Jose area native and a graduate of University of California, Riverside with a BS in Computer Science. I left a lot of friends behind in Southern California, and now I've moved back home, I am finding few people who have a bit in common with me. "Though to all appearances [I] might seem reserved, and even shy, on the inside [I] am anything but reserved, having a capacity for caring not always found in others." I'm still trying to find my first steady job since graduation just as I'm still trying to find myself.

This much I know though--I subscribe to many of the time tested traditional Western values such as honesty, kindness, hard work, respect, etiquette and chivalry. Values to me are the most important characteristics in an individual. I live by the words: "Truth, like surgery may hurt, but it heals." Trust takes months and years to build, yet minutes or even seconds to shatter. I like challenges, but this is one risk I'm not willing to take.

Although not a goofball, I can be humorous and I'm always fun. As player/coach/manager, I led my intramural softball team to winning the championship in coed and quarterfinals in men's shortly before I graduated. I enjoy outdoor as well as indoor activities. I try to hit the gym 3 days a week, love the beach, walking in old-world streets, appreciating the arts, cooking and fine dining. However, I am probably most passionate about traveling and the only thing better than living life is sharing life!...

I am a pretty laid back person. I like to go to baseball games, I love the Oakland A'S...I also like to go to bars/clubs to have a couple drinks. I like to go to movies, or just stay home and veg out on the couch. I am open to new and exciting things....

Award winning qualities, huh? I'm an Army veteran, finishing off the tail end of my enlistment. I enjoy social calls, drinking from the well, or cordial meet-and-greets without that odd-ball attachment thing most guys get when they see a pretty lady. I guess the worst thing my x's could say about me is that I'd make a good husband...for what it's worth, I'm just as happy relaxing the BALL-AND-CHAIN so that we can just get to the friend-part. Everything else will either work out or not, either way I'm not the crazy over-weight stalker type. I love to exercise, but am not pushy about my friends going on a knock-down 4 mile run if they don't want to. All hands-off kind of guy, till I get permission (nightmares of being an Italian, and having to MEET THE PARENTS of some girl I offended make me a gentleman of sorts)....

I love the ocean, including boating and scuba diving or snorkeling, and generally, I find myself very close to the water's edge. I am japanese/black, and whats up with not being able to choose 2 ethnicities on here? grrr. Anyway I just turned 21, and I'm in my 3rd year at the Academy of Art University where I major in Illustration. When I'm not drawing I'm painting, writing songs, editing video, mixing music, or watching anime or movies. I love all types of movies, But sci fi, commedy and horror are the best. Music is cool too. I love all rock 0_0 theres so much. 80's music is awesome too.
