Okay, I admit it. I'm a laugher. I love to laugh and laugh hard at that. One of the best feelings in the world is laughing so hard that you lose your breath, tear up and can't stop smiling. I would love to meet someone that has a great sense of humor and could be silly with me. It's not important that you're some sort of great comedian and have one-liners ready for me at all times. I like to share laughter. It's great when someone has a similar sense of humor and doesn't mind acting silly with me every once and a while. I like to laugh at the truth in things. You can't take life too seriously because in the end you'll never make it out alive. :o) This does not mean that I'm not a serious person. I am very much about balance. I work hard and play hard. I can be really quiet and reserved at times and be loud and carefree the next. I'm known for starting random conversations with people I barely know. I like to meet new people and hear about their stories. I view life as a metaphorical movie. We each have our own individual movie being recorded in our memories everyday. We are not only the main character, but we are the director as well. You are the only one who can ever see your own movie for what it really is by reflecting on your personal memories. When there are several people in a "scene". several movies are being recorded, from all different viewpoints and angles. Human interaction is very important to me because I feel like it validates my existence. All friends and people who move in and out of your life are actors. Whether they have major or minor roles in your movie is up to you. Who knows, maybe you'll have the next major role in my movie....

I'm a 25 year old San Jose area native and a graduate of University of California, Riverside with a BS in Computer Science. I left a lot of friends behind in Southern California, and now I've moved back home, I am finding few people who have a bit in common with me. "Though to all appearances [I] might seem reserved, and even shy, on the inside [I] am anything but reserved, having a capacity for caring not always found in others." I'm still trying to find my first steady job since graduation just as I'm still trying to find myself.

This much I know though--I subscribe to many of the time tested traditional Western values such as honesty, kindness, hard work, respect, etiquette and chivalry. Values to me are the most important characteristics in an individual. I live by the words: "Truth, like surgery may hurt, but it heals." Trust takes months and years to build, yet minutes or even seconds to shatter. I like challenges, but this is one risk I'm not willing to take.

Although not a goofball, I can be humorous and I'm always fun. As player/coach/manager, I led my intramural softball team to winning the championship in coed and quarterfinals in men's shortly before I graduated. I enjoy outdoor as well as indoor activities. I try to hit the gym 3 days a week, love the beach, walking in old-world streets, appreciating the arts, cooking and fine dining. However, I am probably most passionate about traveling and the only thing better than living life is sharing life!...

Award winning qualities, huh? I'm an Army veteran, finishing off the tail end of my enlistment. I enjoy social calls, drinking from the well, or cordial meet-and-greets without that odd-ball attachment thing most guys get when they see a pretty lady. I guess the worst thing my x's could say about me is that I'd make a good husband...for what it's worth, I'm just as happy relaxing the BALL-AND-CHAIN so that we can just get to the friend-part.
