Well, where to start? You would think that someone who makes his living with words would find this easy? First of, I'm an ex-yankee and have been in NC for 27 years. I've been divorced for 12 years and during that time have raised my daughter, put her through college and created a new career for myself. I specialize in writing about antique firearms and military history. I am on the staffs of five magazines, do freelance work for publications in eight countries and just had my 2nd book published.I enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities from hiking to vegetable gardening. My primary hobby is competitive handgun shooting - which is also part of my work. Over the years I have had jobs ranging from chef to teacher, school administrator and medical office manager - some of which I enjoyed. LOL I love to read (history, fiction, SciFi), cook (I can do any cuisine you might desire), am a movie buff, and a gym junkie. While I'll never look like Arnold Swartzenegger, I intend to stay active and in shape. I work out five mornings a week and take yoga and pilates classes.I am very much into current events and anyone I date would have to up to date and conversant in world affairs. A good conversationalist is a must - I love to talk, but more important, I love to listen.While I enjoy spoiling my companion, I want to spend time with someone who is also my intellectual and physical equal.
